Tracy Rice would love nothing more than for children to show up to her happy hour. That’s because she’s the owner of the Baltimore Cupcake Company, a 4-year-old Baltimore bakery. Every Monday through Thursday, she feature a “Cupcake Happy Hour” from 5:30 to 6 p.m. (more a half-hour than an hour, but who’s counting?), when cupcakes are just $1 each.b went to check it out.

Mmmmm. Cupcakes! I drive past there almost every workday, and I have tried them. They had a pumpkin amaretto cupcakes that was most tasty. Give them a try!
Sometimes all you need is a good cupcake...
