But, at the same time I just wish people would spend an equal amount of energy reporting and commenting on the positive stories about Baltimore, giving it a chance to grow and break free from its backwards stigma. Maybe spend the time to report some work done by local community activists or successes of local small business owners... Want to hear some songs about local hard times and life's struggles, then check out Soul Cannon and go to their CD release party April 25th. I enjoy the Bmore smash as much as anyone, as I struggle everyday asking myself why this city is so backwards and hard on its residents… But, at the same time I just wish people would spend an equal amount of energy reporting and commenting on the positive stories about Baltimore, giving it a chance to grow and break free from its backwards stigma.
