Sometimes it seems like people want to be caught.

I thankfully don’t understand the mind of a sexual deviant (mild pervert, maybe). But if you were doing something really morally reprehensible, wouldn’t you take a moment to cover your tracks? Not this guy.

A midshipman at the Naval Academy had not one, but three, computers full of child pornography. And not only did he leave them accessible to his four roommates, but he sent one to his mother for her to use. And not only did he have the child porn saved on his computer, but he had a link to it (called “Boy Party”) on his Start menu.

Between the three computers, more than 1000 pictures and videos were found. His defense attorney blames it all on the purchase of a used hard drive.

I’m shaking my head right now because I really don’t know what else to say. Thoughts?
