Most wiser heads think the city would be happy to pass that tar baby on to someone else.

I'm sure the folks with Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the charity who gets some of the proceeds from the event, feel differently.

Guess I wouldn't have known anything about the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation from the information in your post, huh?

Hey, if there can be tournaments for everything from Rock Paper Scissors to dodgeball, why not flipcup? My team won the World Series in 2007 and we had a hell of a good time playing against teams from Michigan, Canada, etc. We'll definitely be back to defend our trophy this year.

Can't wait to see you again Alena! Great post.
And yes really...flip cup. I run the WSOFC, and all I can say is if it's not for you...don't go, and don't bash the people who do go because every person that is there is giving their money to help fight CF while having a good time.
