  1. Details? Where?

By the by, you might want to put quotes around everything you copy and pasted from BMC's website. It kinda looks like you're saying it's "the hottest four day event in the Mid-Atlantic region!" Dig?

  2. Totally agree with gofreescout.

You don't actually know ANYTHING about the BMC do you Wendy? That write-up couldn't have been less bullshitty if you tried. Sounds like you read the first few sentences, pasted some text and thought you were really bringing us cutting edge info on the latest music festival. You didn't. And don't even get me started on the fact that the event isn't even scheduled to occur for another 4 months.

Fire Wendy. Do it now. You'll thank me later.

    !

  3. Not to mention the event has failed the past 3 years and there isn't even a venue named as to where the event will be because nobody wants the embarrassment.

  4. I'm loking forward to what it will be like. Love the flyer.

  5. Let's be fair though - the event's history of failure has everything to do with the planning, and nothing to do with the talent. Last year the promotion was REALLY shitty - consequently, they had world class musicians playing for "crowds" of 10 or 15 people.

Let's hope this year's event is a little better organized.

    !

  6. YCKTR,
Just curious...what would you like to see this year? I don't know that much about the whole deal.

  7. It just needs to be promoted better - and they need to ensure that all the equipment is quality and in working condition. I don't know too much about the event myself - I just a few people who were booked as talent and they thought it was a mismanaged mess from the word go.

    !

  8. that's why b is promoting it this year... to generate the buzz that it deserves.

we're mentioning it now (4 months early) because that is when they recruit the bands, seminar speakers, etc. i'm just tryin' to get the word out...
