I’ve been working at b now for a month and a half, and I haven’t blogged as much on this site as I would have liked. So I figured I should pick up the pace and start by officially introduce myself. My name is Brian Krista. They call me the Images Editor around here, among other things. I spent the previous 9 years working as a staff photographer for The Aegis newspaper in Harford County. I grew up there and still currently call it home. I have two photoblogs that I post images to daily. Fake Plastic Photos is a wide ranging mix of my personal work, and Morning Person is a self-portrait I do immediately after getting out of bed every morning. I started it more than two years ago and its still going strong.
One of my goals on bthesite is to blog about local artists, photographers, and their exhibitions, websites, and blogs. So if you know of any starving artists in need of some more attention, please let me know about them. Happy shooting. brian@bthesite.com
