We were at Shuckers on the pier in Fells on Friday and a huge Japanese Coast Guard training vessel was docked next to the Black-Eyed Susan. Japanese crew got off and plundered the city ever so politely and brought back bags and bags of, to them would have been, cheap goods. They were happy. I'm sure they thought they were raising hell.
