Gmail’s got your back when it comes to drunk e-mails

We’ve all been there.

You have a good time out with friends, have a few too many drinks, go home and before you go to bed, decide it would be an amazing idea to hop on the Internet and e-mail your boss to say you’re not coming in the next day or see how that ex of yours is doing and if he’s seeing anyone at the moment.

Then the morning comes and with that hangover comes a wave of regret that you’ve *dun dun dun* drunk e-mailed yet again.

Well, the people at Gmail have probably had this happen to them one too many times because they’ve come up with Mail Goggles.

It’s a new application for Gmail users (like myself) that once enabled, your designated driver, i mean, e-mail will ask you a few simple math questions that you have to answer in less than a minute. Gmail’s just looking out for you.

Now if only they had something like this for cell phones…
