The can’t-miss weekend sports list

Oh man, playoff football and bowl games? Making this week’s list was a cinch.

3. Colts vs. Chargers (Saturday @ 8 p.m. on NBC): OK, so the Chargers are 8-8 and in the playoffs and the 11-5 Patriots aren’t. It’s time to move on. The Colts are the hottest team in the NFL, but the Chargers are hot, too, meaning this one should be a good one. Their playoff showdown last year was a classic. Will that again be the case this time around?

2. The Sugar Bowl — No. 4 Alabama vs. No. 7 Utah (Friday @ 8 p.m. on FOX): Think Alabama’s pissed that its not playing in the national title game? You betcha. The Crimson Tide will try to take its frustration out on the Utes in the Sugar Bowl, but the game should be a lot closer than expected. It will be interesting for a while, but look for Alabama to pull away in the second half.

1. Ravens vs. Dolphins (Sunday @ 1 p.m. on CBS): Raise your hand if you thought the Ravens and Dolphins would meet in the playoffs after their Week 7 game. Yep, that’s what I thought. Baltimore and Miami both went on a roll after the Ravens’ 27-13 win way back in October, setting up a playoff rematch on Sunday. The Ravens are favored to win this one, but the Dolphins surely have a few tricks up their sleeves. I think it’s safe to say I don’t have to tell you to tune in for this one.

  1. If your looking for the perfect party snack as you entertain your guests for this Sundays Ravens,Dolphins playoff game...then look no further than the can good section in your local grocery store! Nothing says Ravens victory more than tuna fish sandwiches! Unfortunatly(animal lovers)every year thousands of your beloved dolphins are turned from water jumper...into can meat! But with a little mayonase and some bread...it turns into a delicious tuna fish sandwich!
