Driving across the Bay Bridge as the driver. I've just got to get over that fear of falling over the side!

i'm afraid of bridges too, phan.
driving to St. Mary's county this weekend, there was this bridge that arched over the river/bay/body of water. it seemed like it was just going into the clouds and i was freaking out.

heights.
I'm odd... I love to fly and can handle certain heights... but a ferris wheel or a shaky ladder going up the side of the house and I'm petrified...

Like a lot of college kids, I'm painting houses this summer and I climb the extended ladders very slowly.
It's not so much the height, but the height combined with the ladder bouncing as I pass the middle section that freaks me out.

I have a major fear of Clowns. I went to the Circus only once in my life & I seen the movie "IT". Well, a few years ago, I was doing Security, when the Shriners Clowns were here at then the "M&T Bank Stadium", out of know where there were a car load of clowns on the parking lot and one (Clown) appeared out of nowhere (behind me) and scared the hell out of me, I screamed hit my head and fainted! When I came to, this freak had the nerve to hand me a flower! (Mind you I WAS a Security Officer!) I HATE THEM!! I want this fear to end so that I can enjoy myself at events again!

I almost dont want to put this in writing because I already get made fun of enough, but I am afraid of little people (midgets) and the Amish.

I think my fear wins in irrationality. I would like to get over my fear of having an alien suddenly show up in my shower as I'm washing up. Seriously. I freak out once or twice a month and I have to get all the soap off my face or out of my hair so I can look around and make sure I'm alone.
Where did this begin? Well, you see, as a kid, my favorite game was EarthBound - yeah, few people have heard of it, but those who played it love it. Anyways, at one point in the game, an alien shows up in the department store you're in, the lights flash off briefly, and a member of your party is kidnapped. So, now sometimes when I'm in the shower, I can just hear that creepy music and I start clawing the soap off my face.
Oh, and I don't like spiders or heights.

I have a friend who is terrified of Aliens. We tried watching Signs and she could NOT finish it... FREAKED OUT when they showed the "home video" of aliens. Screamed, jumped up and ran out of the room. I had to turn off the tv for her to come back.

My fear of dumbasses. No, wait, that's not fear... it's hatred. I sometimes mistake the two.
