You know what the most common cause of divorce is? Anecdotally, we're led to believe it's because of money. (It would be next to impossible to determine empirically.) It isn't unreasonable to assume there's a kernel of truth to that – love and money have to blend together in a marriage or partnership, and financial communication has to be open and easy for both partners. A couple can hardly expect to reach financial goals if one is putting away money easily, and the other is always running for payday loans. You have to work together, as a team, in order to reach the goals you want and enjoy the security and happiness you deserve.
