Navajo fry bread. It's been a pre-dinner tradition in our family since my class learned how to make it in second grade.

My aunt makes this home made dressing that is to die for. She only makes it at Thanksgiving and its the one thing I look forward to eating as much as possible, and for days after.

For some reason I didn't eat sweet potatoes for the first 22 years of my life. Then last year I had some of my sister's sweet potato casserole with marshmallows that were just a little bit crispy on top and I've been looking forward to having them again ever since.
