Sports fans love to talk about sports — especially here in Baltimore — so we’d like to give our readers with sports-savvy an opportunity to rant and rave about what’s going on in the world of sports, both locally and nationally. Each weekday, we’ll pose a new question for you to discuss at the water cooler. Here’s your chance to be an armchair quarterback. Now speak up, play nice and let us know what you think.

Today’s topic at the water cooler:
Who was the NFL’s first-half MVP?

  1. I hate this QB, but I would say Carson Palmer! He has helped turn around the Bengals once again!

  2. Sorry I wanted to do 2 answers THIS IS ONLY A JOKE)

Steve Haushka! The Golden Foot of Steve Haushka has helped make the Ravens serious Super Bowl Contenders!!

  3. Peyton Manning!

  4. Unfortunately, I agree. I was going to say Drew Bress, but Peyton Manning is just one behind Drew Brees in TD passes and has fewer interceptions than him, plus is second in the league in passing yards (Brees is fourth).
