The “Jersey Shore” gang plays nice with Rachael Ray {thanks, AP}

Still hungering for everything “Jersey Shore”-related after last Thursday’s bittersweet (Ronnie and Sammy, no!) reunion show?

Hold onto your ham and hair gel.

AP reports that guido/ette fans deluged a New Jersey nightclub, forcing the closure of a thoroughfare and leading to the arrests of four people. Property owner Dick Grabowsky told the Newark Star-Ledger that about 2,000 people showed up at the 501 Lounge in Montclair on Friday night. The club has a capacity of 800.

REQUIRED READING: John Mayer’s Rolling Stone cover. First there’s that headline: “Dirty Mind, Lonely Heart.” Then there’s the admissions that he hasn’t gotten over ex Jennifer Aniston.

Will someone please translate his explanation for the break-up: “What would I be saying to Jen (is), ‘I don’t dislike you. In fact, I like you extremely well. But I have to back out of this because it doesn’t arc over the horizon.’”

‘Jersey Shore’ had us at first fist pump.

MTV’s latest reality venture (think “Real World” meets “True Life: Jersey Shore”) puts eight self-proclaimed Guidos and Guidettes (officially now a term) into a house in Seaside Heights, N.J., where the bodies are tanned and the romantic shenanigans as numerous as the guys’ necklace options.
