‘Quantum of Solace’
Bond is back! For those who were quite shaken and stirred (sorry, couldn’t resist) by 2006’s “Casino Royale,” the latest flick takes place right after “Casino” left off, with Bond (Daniel Craig) seeking revenge for the death of his lover. I hate the movie cliche “This time … it’s personal,” but it’s apt in this case. Plus, there’s a character named Strawberry Fields. Really. {JORDAN BARTEL, B}

‘Zack and Miri Make a Porno’
However you feel about Kevin Smith and his movies — shut up, “Mallrats” was great! — this movie is causing a stir. Some theaters won’t even mention the word “Porno” in its advertisements. Seriously, people? Hopefully, Jason Lee will make his usual cameo. He certainly has the porn ’stache ready. Opens Friday. {MARISSA RICHARDSON, B}

all that glitters “Bedazzled: 5,000 Years of Jewelry”
THE WALTERS ART MUSEUM
When we hear “Bedazzled,” we instantly pine for a belt or jean jacket to encrust. We’ll have to hold back at the Walters’ latest, which includes more than 200 pieces from a variety of cultures. Among the enviable offerings: a gold bracelet from the first-century B.C.; a Tiffany & Co. iris corsage with 139 (!) sapphires, diamonds and other gems; and finger rings emblazoned with emblems of love. Even men get in on the action, with 18th-century signet seals and chatelaines, clasps from which suspended watches were hung. And because some things never go out of style, there are similar themes on display — death, love, power — that have remained constant throughout history. On view Sunday-Jan. 4. 600 N. Charles St. $8. thewalters.org.

Nearly five months ago when I walked across the stage, shook the college president’s hand (we didn’t get our piece of paper until after the ceremony) and became a college graduate, I knew I was in for some changes.

These last few months I’ve been adjusting to life after graduation, which includes living back at home after four years of living in a college dorm, and four years in high school living at a five-day boarding school. Were there adjustments that had to be made? To say the least.

From today’s b, the paper

1. Orioles vs. Blue Jays
Another losing baseball season in Baltimore comes to a close this weekend, but the talented young Orioles had plenty of bright spots this year. Let them know you’re still behind them. Even Ramon Hernandez. Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Camden Yards. {MATT VENSEL, B}
